Joint XLR & DTB development between E2E4 and Shafford Ryle for Case Communications.

The XLR is a low cost Symmetric DSL Multiplexor that allows companies to use the emerging Broadband technology and take advantage of existing modem, point to point copper. Depending on range, up to 4Mbps of throughput can be achieved over existing wiring. The unit allows voice, synchronous X.21 and Ethernet traffic to share the new high speed link.

The DTB is spin-off product allowing E1 voice or data plus Ethernet traffic to be transported over an X.21 link. Alternatively X.21 and Ethernet traffic can be transported over an E1 megastresam or kilostream aggregate link.
